You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent verification or platform rules is prohibited.
You retain ownership of the content you post on ProfileStack, including your profile information, photos, and documents. By posting content, you grant ProfileStack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your public profile as part of operating the platform.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
ProfileStack offers an identity verification service for a fee. By submitting documents for verification, you confirm that:
Verification is subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any verification application without stating a reason. Verified status may be revoked if we discover that the information provided was false.
Verification fees are processed through Paystack. Current fees are:
Refund policy: Verification fees are non-refundable once the review process has begun. If your verification application is rejected before review commences, you may request a refund within 7 days by contacting us at support@profilestack.co.
Fees renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on profile type, and are subject to change. Updated pricing is always available on our pricing page.

The ProfileStack name, logo, website design, and platform features are the intellectual property of MTW Primer Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or use these without our written permission. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users.
ProfileStack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information on profiles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTW Primer Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ProfileStack, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or reputational harm. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
